    • Investigation Process: All reports or concerns will be promptly reviewed and investigated a board member.  The process will include interviews, document reviews, and other necessary steps to verify the claims.

    • Feedback: Whistleblowers will receive feedback on the status of their report and any actions taken, while maintaining confidentiality of both the whistleblower and the investigation.

    Protection from Retaliation

    Generous Hands, Inc. strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith. Retaliation includes, but is not limited to, dismissal, demotion, harassment, or any adverse employment action. Any person found to be engaging in retaliatory actions will face disciplinary measures, up to and including termination.
